If you have completed the online Safe and Sober program and require an official certificate for the MVA, please schedule an appointment to visit our office. Scheduling an appointment in advance enables us to prepare for your visit and minimize onsite activity. Payment can be made using a credit/debit card via our website, or in person. Please note mask are optional for entry, and you should not bring anyone else with you into the building. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you with obtaining your certificate.

You can also upload these documents during scheduling. 2.Identification: Bring a valid form of ID. MVA Waiver (if applicable): Bring it if you have one.
