Important Account Information and Refund Policy Updates




We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention some important updates regarding our account policies and refund procedures:


Account Inactivity Policy: After a period of 5 months of inactivity, your account will automatically be placed in an archived inactive (CLOSED) account for a period of up to 3 years. Should you wish to reinstate your account following closure, kindly note that a NON-REFUNDABLE REINSTATEMENT FEE will apply, in addition to settling any outstanding balance.


Reinstatement and Course Completion: Upon reinstating your account, it is imperative to complete the entire course within 18 weeks of the reinstatement date. Failure to do so will necessitate restarting the entire course, accompanied by payment of the current program fee.


Refund Policy for Closed and Reinstated Accounts: Once your account has been reinstated, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be offered for any previously CLOSED ACCOUNTS or currently reinstated accounts.


Non-refundable Services: Furthermore, please be advised that refunds will not be provided for the following services once they are scheduled, completed, or if the student is a no-show for the session: (NOTE THAT A SAME DAY CANCELLATION IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW FOR THESE SERVICES)

  • MVA vehicle reservations

  • MVA test preparations

  • Personalized lessons
