Service Description
Maryland MVA-approved online 3-Hour Roadway Safety Program Drivers Edu serves eligible students statewide. Enroll and complete the self-paced course at https://academy.learnermiles.com/roadway-safety-review, then book your live supervised online final examination. Academy has replaced Thinkific. This program is separate from DIP; check your Maryland licensing instructions and eligibility. Complete three hours of required instruction and course activities before final testing. An MVA-approved instructor verifies identity and coursework and supervises your electronic final continuously by camera. Use a camera-enabled computer, reliable internet and a quiet setting; have government-issued photo identification ready. Take the exam during your supervised appointment, not independently beforehand. Follow staff instructions for passing and retest requirements. Standard processing: $80 total. School submission within 24 hours after successful program completion and verification. Express processing: $90 total (regularly $100). Priority school submission within 1 hour after successful program completion and verification. Express does not shorten instruction or testing. MVA posting time is separate and may vary. Students with a Maryland ID number have completion reported electronically; students without one should obtain the MVA-required control-number certificate from staff. Cancellation Policy
Drivers Edu offers Maryland MVA-approved online DIP and 3-Hour Roadway Safety programs. Complete all required self-paced coursework before your scheduled live supervised online final. Use a camera-enabled computer, reliable internet and a quiet setting; have required identification and documents ready. Take the exam during the supervised appointment. Follow your assignment deadline and staff instructions for passing and retest requirements. Coursework alone is not final certification. Payment is required at booking. If you have already paid, contact staff before paying again. School completion processing begins after all required instruction, assessments, identity and document checks, and payment are verified.
