We launched Drivers Edu Virtual Experience May 4, 2020, it was great 👍🏼 however there was one major, 1st time hiccup.
Our system do not require you to download any apps you can connect from a simple email.
20% of the users had connection issues due to using chrome IOS. Each student was emailed instructions along with their course invite. The instructions provided a detailed explanations of classroom requirements and chrome settings with photo reinforcements that need to take place prior to joining into the room.
